How do I update my account information?

  1. Click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen and select My account from the menu that appears. 
    • Stay on the Personal Info tab to update your Legal Name and Birth Date, Citizenship and Legal Status, Residential and Mailing Address, Employment Information and Contact Phone Number(s).
    • Switch to the Private Info tab to update your ID scan and Social Security Number (SSN).
      Switch to the Security tab to update your password, mobile phone number, trusted contact information, verify your mobile phone number, and enable or disable the 2-step authentication.
    • Switch to the About Me tab (for Individual Investor) to update your income and accreditation data.
    • Switch to the Profile tab (for Institutional Investor) to view or update role, bio, link to LinkedIn, profile photo, contact email and phone number.
    • Switch to the Contact Info tab to update your contact email and phone number visible to issuers of securities and counterparties of trades (Buy and Sell side).
  2. Click the Edit Information or Update answers button, make the changes and click the Save changes button.
