How do I add a business profile?

You can add and update your Business Profile on the My Business page, Business Profile tab. 

Your Business Profile should consist of the following: 

  • Business summary or a high-level overview of your company
  • Description of your business or qualitative information about your business, product, markets and customers
  • Your contact information: email address and phone number for investors to help them to get in touch with you
  • Your organization email: in order to ensure continuity during the company lifecycle on the platform, the org email must be:
    • a generic organization email that is not specific to an individual
    • different than the employee email used during registration of the Primary Issuer Contact
    • specifically created for use on the iownit platform. You cannot re-use an email previously used elsewhere 
    • on the corporate email domain of the Issuer

To add the Business Profile information:

  • Navigate to My Business page > Business Profile tab and click the buttons:
    • Add business summary
    • Describe your business
    • Add contact information for investors 
    • Set organization email
  • Fill out the fields in the dialogs that appear and click on Save

You can update the provided information at a later point in time by clicking the corresponding Edit buttons located in the top right-hand corner of each of the sections of the Business Profile.
