How do I cancel an open sale ticket?

  • Navigate to Funds Summary > Fund > Open Sale Tickets tab, click the “…” icon  in the corresponding row, and select Cancel from the menu that appears.
  • Provide your password to confirm the order cancelation.

 

The Cancel option is enabled when the status of the sale ticket is:

  • open
  • not executed
  • not settled
  • not canceled
