To manage — view, edit, or remove — a Legal Entity:
- Navigate to My Business > Corp. Documents tab, locate the Legal Entity, and click on one of the available actions next to it: View, Edit, or Remove. Actions available to you vary depending on whether the Legal Entity has been used in an Offering.
- Complete the operation as prompted.
For a Legal Entity which has not been used in an Offering, a user has three actions: View, Edit, and Remove (see outlined in red in the screenshot below).
For a Legal Entity which has already been used in an Offering, a user has only one action: View (see outlined in green in the above screenshot).
