How do I cancel an open sale ticket?

  • Navigate to My Portfolios > Portfolio > Open Sale Tickets tab and click the “…” icon in the right-most part of the corresponding row.
  • Select Cancel from the menu that appears and provide your password to confirm the order cancelation.  

The Cancel option is enabled when the status of the sale ticket is:

  • open
  • not executed
  • not settled
  • not canceled
